For Blair Hayden the move to wine was a natural progression after a life dedicated to artisan food and beverage.

He was motivated by the desire to put an inheritance from his beloved mother into dirt. Into land.

A vision and passion realised when introduced to a little vineyard in Light Pass, The Barossa Valley, in 2011.

Our Wines

With dedicated small batch winemaking including hand picking, whole bunch pressing and open fermenting; Lot 462 wines are reflective of the unique terroir of the area, the heritage of the vines and Blair’s passion for the craft of winemaking.
Organic practises are maintained throughout our wine growing and production process.
